Other extras are a personal bodyguard, driver, assistant and chef on site. Most will have casinos nearby and beach access, as well as other activities in the island ( DR ) or city ( CR, Panama ).
I spent a weekend in the DR in one of the best exotic resorts there, as a special assignment for an adult magazine. The food was superb, the girls were totally out of a centerfold and the island is total bliss. There`s little literature about these places because of the extreme discretion surrounding visitors, and it better remain like that so the press doesn`t spoil the good in them by overexposure.
